TEXT2IMAGE TEXT2IMAGE is a tool that investigates the inherent qualities that make up a digital image. While of the surface, our digital media appears very different, similar to its analog counterpart, when focusing ones gaze upon the structure that composes any given file, we discover that each of these filetypes are speaking the same language, the ones and zeros of binary code. Therefore text is image is audio is video is _______. TEXT2IMAGE encompasses this concept by forcing any given text to render as an image, in other words, translating/transcoding the digitized text of a users input into the medium that is the digital image. Within the realms of data visualization + digital/glitch aesthetics, TEXT2IMAGE explores an alternative way to create images and analyze texts.
