Buffer Buffer is a web based work that plays off the way that media conditions use to have certain responses to given symbols. In this work you are viewing the framework of a YouTube page with the buffer symbol spinning endlessly in the middle. As you have been conditioned to you begin to wait. You are anticipating a video that will never exist.
