Call for entries, Pixelstorm-Award 2004
It is my most singular pleasure this year, to announce the second international pixelstorm-award. A very exclusive circle of internationally selected designers, artists and trendsetters have been invited to participate, you are among them. We are very happy to welcome last year¹s contest winner Thomas Bircher among the organisation commitee. The topic of this year's competition is: FASTER, BIGGER, LOUDER !!!!
* Form: Works can be entered in any digital or analog form. This year's special restriction: with the submission of each piece of work, a JPEG or GIF preview-image has to be included. The image will serve for online representation of your piece of work (if your work is already a JPEG or GIF, this rule does not apply). Entries from various categories are accepted, such as photography, film, video, sound, media-art, illustration, game-design, mobile-application-design, graphic design, architecture, textile-design, print, poetry, ascii-art, etc.
* Exhibits: Entries will be presented on the internet-platform www.pixelstorm-award.ch
* Conditions: Starting from monday, july 5th, entries can be uploaded on our outstanding platform www.pixelstorm-award.ch If you do not feel comfortable doing this, you can email your submission, or post it to Pixelstorm / Andres Wanner / Hohlstrasse 48 / 8004 Zˆºrich / SWITZERLAND. Deadline for entries is July 26th 2004, 12:00 (Swiss local time). Members of the jury are allowed to participate, however they can only run for the audience-award
* Prices: The golden pixel goes to the best and beautyfullest entry. Among all the other contestants, 10 sweet surprises are distributed. The very first uploaded entry will win a special price.
